Background Information
Jemma Stone, proprietor of Jadstone Creative Learning is a qualified and experienced primary school teacher since achieving a BA(hons) with QTS in September 2000. With extensive knowledge and skills acquired from being a teacher, teaching across both key stages of the National Curriculum including being a Co-ordinator of Music, Jemma successfully runs this sincere and honest Educational Business. She has worked for Birmingham Carers as an advocate for carers and has liasoned with social services and other service providers to negotiate care packages that suit the needs of the service user. Jemma has also worked for Barnardo's as a support worker for children who have special needs including Autism, ADHD and those who experience behaviour and emotional problems, learning and physical difficulties.
Established on 1st April 2005, Miss Stone now provides this Creative Learning Service for all ages and abilities. The Creative Learning Services consist of the original four strands:
Literacy and Numeracy Tuition, Clarinet and Saxophone Tuition, Creative Writing Workshops and Music and Movement Workshops uniquely designed to enhance your creative skills. In addition to these, Writing Skills Workshops, Sensory Music Workshops, Music Theory and Music at Home Sessions have been introduced, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the young and old.

Other Interests
Jemma sang with Soul Satisfaction from 2003 until 2006 and later sang with the reformed band, The Midnight Movers from February 2007 until July 2008.
Jemma also plays Tenor Saxophone in The Chains, a Bewdley based Blues and Soul Band, established over a decade ago.

A new band is in the making...singer, drummer, guitarist and bassist are coming together for rehearsals so that they are ready to provide entertainment by creating a happy atmosphere, suitable for weddings, birthdays, family and business functions. Bookings being taken from January 2009
